Email Etiquette

I have learnt 5 points about email etiquette


  1. Use a salutation - You must always greet the person you are writing to. e.g. Dear Mrs Kent
  2. A subject line - Put a short subject line to describe what you're writing about.
  3. Keep it to-the-point - Don't keep on babbling on about nonsense, keep it nice and short
  4. Be professional - Use correct spelling and grammar, don't use texting language e.g. hey fam, how R U doin?
  5. Sign and proofread - Check for any spelling mistakes and sign it off e.g. Sincerely, (skip 2 lines, Liam)
